Atsushi Horigami runs a room the size of a car park with more Japanese whisky than most distilleries have on hand. Silent films project on the back wall while you drink. Every bottle has been tasted, notated, priced honestly.
Ask for a Karuizawa flight if the budget allows. If it doesn't, ask him what to drink for ¥1500. He'll pour something you'll remember.
